On October 28, 2023, we started the morning with the Mount Vernon Amateur Radio Club monthly breakfast and then headed down to the Potomac for a Parks on the Air (POTA) activation.
The fall colors were out, the sky was clear, and the river was beautiful. We set up on a picnic table by the water and worked stations for the rest of the morning.
Location: Breakfast at the Hybla Valley IHOP, then Belle Haven Park, Alexandria, Virginia, on the Potomac River
